Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission pays tribute to language martyrs
On the occasion of the observance of Amar Ekushey and International Mother Language Day with due solemnity, the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC) paid profound respects to the language martyrs by placing floral wreaths at the Central Shaheed Minar at 8:00 am on Friday, 21 February 2025.
The tribute was led by the Chairman of the Commission, Dr Md Quamrul Huda.
Directors from various divisions of the Commission, heads of departments, nuclear scientists, and officials and staff from different levels of the organisation participated in the event.

Following the wreath-laying ceremony at the Central Shaheed Minar, the Chairman of the Commission visited the BAEC stall at the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2025, located on the premises of the Bangla Academy.
