Apex Footwear Limited announces key leadership role changes

Apex Footwear Limited is pleased to announce key leadership changes, which were made during the 282nd Board meeting on 23rd April 2025.

Mr Dilip Kajuri was promoted to Additional Managing Director (AMD), and Mr Firoze Mohammad was promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr Dilip Kajuri has been a valued member of the Apex Family since 2009. Over the past sixteen years, he has become a key figure within the organisation, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at AMD. His expertise in finance and deep understanding of the industry have been instrumental in the firm's strong and resilient foundation.

As he embarks on his new role from DMD to AMD, Mr Dilip Kajuri will bring valuable in-depth financial management and regulatory compliance to help Apex achieve greater operational efficiency, economic strength, and long-term business growth. 

The newly promoted CEO, Mr. Firoze Mohammad, brings extensive experience across various sectors, including the retail industry, sales, and product management. His industry knowledge, solid track record, and strategic vision will serve as a valuable guide for Apex in achieving its next phase of development goals.

In 2021, Mr Firoze Mohammad joined the Apex Family as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Over the years, his operational expertise and prudent management have structured the company for sustainable growth. His promotion to CEO is set to strengthen the business's momentum further and drive continued progress at Apex in the upcoming days.  

Apex Footwear Limited is set to experience a positive turn of events with AMD's and the company's CEO's recent shift in leadership roles.
