Apex footwear approves 25% cash and 25% stock dividend
Apex Footwear Limited approved a 25% cash dividend and a 25% stock dividend for the year ended 30 June 2025 at its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 26 November 2025 through a digital platform.
The meeting was presided over by Mr Golam Mainuddin, Chairperson and Independent Director of the company. Managing Director Mr Syed Nasim Manzur, other Directors, and senior officials also attended the AGM alongside the shareholders.
The shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements and the proposed dividends for the financial year.
