Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 431st special board meeting
The 431st (Special) Board Meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday, 10 July 2025. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Khwaja Shahriar.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed the BRPD circular letters issued by Bangladesh Bank concerning the individual responsibilities and duties of bank directors, managing directors, and chief executive officers.
Among those present were Directors Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Dr. Mohammed Abu Eusuf, and Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA. Also in attendance were Managing Director (Current Charge) Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Acting Company Secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA, and senior executives of the bank.
