Shahjalal Islami Bank’s 307th board meeting held
The bank’s board of directors approved a number of investment proposals and reviewed different policy issues

Private sector's Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited has held its 307th board meeting recently where the bank's Board of Directors has approved a number of investment proposals and reviewed different policy issues.
The meeting took place at its corporate head office although a number of directors participated in it virtually, said a press release.
The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the Board of Directors Md Sanaullah Shahid.
Vice chairmen of the Board Md Harun Miah and Md Abdul Barek, directors Anwer Hossain Khan, MP, Abdul Halim, Mohiuddin Ahmed, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md Towhidur Rahman, Mohammed Golam Quddus, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar and Fakir Mashrikuzzaman were present at the meeting.
Independent directors Ekramul Haque, KAM Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO M Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director Abdul Aziz, deputy managing directors Md Shahjahan Shiraj and Imtiaz U Ahmed, and the bank's company secretary, Md Abul Bashar, were also present.
