Biman Bangladesh Airlines will resume flights on the Dhaka-Jashore route from 28 March on the occasion of the golden jubilee of Independence and marking the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Tahera Khandaker, deputy general manager (public relations) of Biman, confirmed the matter in a press release yesterday.

Nine flights will be operated every week on the route. In addition, the Dhaka-Saidpur route will operate ten flights a week instead of three.
