Gonoshasthaya Kendra founder Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has refused VIP cabin at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), saying that he prefers home to VIP cabin.

"My health condition is currently stable and it's not necessary to waste a cabin for me during this time of crisis," Zafrullah Chowdhury told The Business Standard on Wednesday, adding that the Prime Minister's Office arranged VIP cabin for him at DMCH.

Meanwhile, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU) collected samples from Zafrullah Chowdhury for coronavirus test.
