PM asks all on-duty govt officials, employees to use masks

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday asked all the government officials and employees to use masks while discharging their duties due to coronavirus pandemic.
"The Prime Minister has given directive to all government officials and employees to use masks while performing their duties," PM's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim told UNB.
The directive came for ensuring the personal protection of the government officials and employees from coronavirus infection.

So far 56 persons were found positive for Covid-19 and six people died being infected with the virus in the country, according to Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR).
