Bangladesh Air Force brings medical aids from China
Medical aids were transported by BAF C-130J transport aircraft under “In Aid to Civil Power” by the Armed Forces Division

A transport aircraft of Bangladesh Air Force brought medical aids, provided by the People's Liberation Army of China, on Wednesday.
Fifteen aircrew of Bangladesh Air Force departed from Bangladesh Air Force Base Bangabandhu, Dhaka for China in the morning on that day by BAF C-130J aircraft to bring essential healthcare aids from China, said a press release on Thursday.
Group Captain Santanu Chowdhury GD(P) of Bangladesh Air Force led the team, while Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat, BBP, OSP, ndu, psc provided necessary guidance to carry out the mission.
In compliance with the policies published by the Government of Bangladesh, Armed Forces are conducting various activities under the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to fight the novel coronavirus.
In line with this, medical aids including disposable medical masks, surgical masks, medical surgical masks (KN95), medical protective goggles, disposable medical protective face sheilds, disposable medical protective suits, disposable medical isolation gowns, disposable medical boot covers, disposable medical gloves, infusion pumps, backpack disinfectant sprayers, hand-held IR thermometers and thermal imaging teperature measuring helmets were transported by BAF C-130J transport aircraft under "In Aid to Civil Power" by the Armed Forces Division.
Earlier, a C-130J transport aircraft of Bangladesh Air Force brought medical aids including coronavirus detection kits and PPE from China to Bangladesh on April 19.
