Nawrin Jahan Mitul new MD of Ratul Properties

Nawrin Jahan Mitul has joined as managing director of Ratul Properties Limited, a sister concern of Rupayan Group, the country's top real estate company.

Rupayan Group Chairman LA Mukul handed over the joining letter to her at the conference room of the company's head office on Sunday evening, reads a press release.

Rupayan Group Advisor Sadat Hossain Selim, Advisor Captain (Retd.) PJ ullah, Managing Director of Rupayan Land Development Limited Brigredier General (Retd.) Abul Kalam Azad, Deputy Managing Director of Rupayan Housing Estate Limited Mijanur Rahman Dewan, Deputy Managing Director of Ratul Properties Limited Alinur Rahman and senior officials of Rupayan Group joined the occasion.

The new managing director of Ratul Properties Limited was welcomed by the heads of various sister concern and departments of Rupayan Group with a cake cut and best wishes.  

Deputy Managing Director Alinur Rahman said, "Ratul Properties Limited has been conducting secondary business in the real estate market with integrity for a long time. We believe that under the guidance of the newly appointed managing director, we will be able to enrich the secondary market of the country by introducing new products and services to the customers as well as better services."

It can be noted that Nawrin Jahan Mitul is the first woman managing director of the secondary market in the real estate sector.
