CVC Finance and OpenArc to form technology partnership to go digital

CVC Finance Limited and OpenArc Systems Management Private Limited have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Sunday to develop FinTech products for the digital transformation of CVC Finance Limited's businesses.

Under the agreement, OpenArc will develop and implement new financial technology solutions that would add to the competitive advantage of CVC Finance, said a press release issued by CVC Finance on Monday.  

Managing Director of CVC Finance Limited Syed Minhaj Ahmed and Chief Marketing Officer at OpenArc Systems AKM Ziaul Islam signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OpernArc Daya Hettiarachchi, Deputy Managing Director at CVC Finance Shah Wareef Hossain, Head of IT at CVC Finance Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Head of Operations at CVC Finance Faisal Amin and other officials from both parties were present during the signing ceremony.

Syed Minhaj Ahmed Minhaj said, "CVC Finance is focused on providing our customers with best tech-enabled products. This partnership will enable us to create value addition to our customers".

Daya Hettiarachchi said, "It is very timely that we move together by joining our hands. OpenArc with its motto 'Software Solutions with People Relationships' always aims at building long term business relationships with its clientele, for mutual benefits. Our new partnership with CVC Finance Limited too undoubtedly will be just a beginning of a fruitful synergistic journey."
