Supreme Court Bar Association election slated for 6–7 March
Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place at 9:30pm on 1 March, while the deadline for withdrawal of candidature has been set for 3pm on 4 March.
The election for the 2026–2027 session executive committee of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) will be held on 6 and 7 March, according to a notice issued by the association yesterday (18 February).
As per the announced schedule, nomination papers may be submitted from 19 February to 1 March between 9am and 3pm.

A total of 14 posts will be contested in the election. These include one president, two vice-presidents, one secretary, one treasurer, two assistant secretaries and seven executive committee members.
