Tarique to meet CA Yunus today

Tarique Rahman and chief adviser held their first meeting in person on 13 June last year during Yunus' visit to London. At the time, Tarique Rahman was the acting chairperson of the BNP.

The meeting was held at the Dorchester Hotel in London, after which representatives of both sides issued a joint statement.
Tarique Rahman returned to Bangladesh on 25 December last year after spending 17 years in exile in the United Kingdom and spoke with CA Yunus over the phone from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka after his arrival.
