Rizvi, Aman among 4 appointed BNP Standing Committee members
The appointments were made in line with a decision of the party, said the release signed by BNP Assistant Office Secretary Muhammad Munir Hossain.
The BNP has appointed four leaders as members of its National Standing Committee, the party's highest policy-making body, with a view to strengthening its organisational activities.
According to a press release issued by the party today (15 August), the newly appointed members are Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed, Md Aman Ullah Aman, Farhad Halim and Md Ismail Jabiuallah.
The BNP expressed the hope that the newly appointed leaders would contribute to important decisions concerning the party and the people through their prudent advice, intellect and experience at the party's highest policy-making forum.
