6 JU Chhatra Dal leaders expelled

Six leaders of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal's Jahangirnagar University unit have been expelled on charges of "violating organisational discipline".

Md Jahangir Alam, office secretary of Chhatra Dal, announced the decision in a press statement today (17 January).

The expelled leaders are Jobayer Al Mahmud, Naimur Rahman Kaushik, Abdul Gaffar, Al Imran, Abdul Kader Marjuk, and Iqbal Hossain

"According to the decision of the Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal central council, they have been expelled from their organisational positions, including primary membership, based on specific allegations of violation of organisational discipline," reads the statement.
