5-member delegation of BNP to attend July Charter declaration ceremony
A five-member delegation of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), led by Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, will attend the upcoming July Charter declaration ceremony.
The decision was made during a standing committee meeting held last night (4 August) at the party chairperson's office in Gulshan, confirmed BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan, quoting Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed.
The meeting began at 8:30pm and concluded at 10:30pm. BNP's acting chairman Tarique Rahman presided over the meeting virtually.
The other members of the delegation include Standing Committee members Mirza Abbas, Abdul Moyeen Khan, Nazrul Islam Khan, and Salahuddin Ahmed.
Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus will read out the July Declaration today (5 August).
The July Declaration ceremony will be held at 5pm at the South Plaza of the National Parliament, according to the Chief Adviser's Press Wing.
Representatives from all political parties, as well as family members of the July martyrs and injured will attend the event.
