In Photos: Sea of people flood Suhrawardy Udyan in solidarity with Gaza

A massive crowd marched towards the capital's Suhrawardy Udyan today (12 April) to join the 'March for Gaza' rally, expressing solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine.
The main event started in the afternoon, where people flocked to every gate of Suhrawardy Udyan since morning with small and large processions from different parts of the capital.
People in the processions have been seen using red paint to symbolise the blood of those killed in Gaza and carrying symbolic dead bodies.



Many of them are also carrying both Bangladesh's national flag and the Palestinian flag, and they are chanting slogans like "Free Palestine", "Boycott Israeli products, boycott", etc.
