NCP delegation to meet CA Yunus today
During the meeting, the delegation is expected to discuss what it described as the Election Commission’s biased conduct and the current election situation
A delegation of the National Citizen Party (NCP) is set to visit the state guest house Jamuna today (19 January) to meet Muhammad Yunus, the chief adviser of the interim government.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at 5pm, said Yasir Arafat, media secretary of the party's central election management committee.
The delegation will be led by NCP convener Nahid Islam. It will include NCP Spokesperson and Chairman of the party's election management committee Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan, committee secretary Monira Sharmin, and head of the committee's Legal Assistance Subcommittee Zahirul Islam Musa.
During the meeting, the delegation is expected to discuss what it described as the Election Commission's biased conduct and the current election situation. Following the meeting, the NCP delegation will speak to journalists outside Jamuna.
