MyTV Chairman Nasir Uddin Sathi arrested

Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested Nasir Uddin Sathi, chairman of private television channel MyTV, from the capital's Gulshan area this evening (17 August).
Nasir Uddin was an accused in a murder case filed at Jatrabari police station in connection with July Uprising, said Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Deputy Commissioner Talebur Rahman.
He will be produced before the court tomorrow (18 August) and police will seek remand for further interrogation, he said.
