Mirza Abbas travelling to Malaysia for routine medical check-up
The lawmaker for Dhaka-8 is scheduled to leave Dhaka for Malaysia on a Biman flight at 11:45am today (16 September), Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP Media Cell, confirmed.
Mirza Abbas Uddin Ahmed, BNP Standing Committee member and prime minister's adviser, is travelling to Malaysia for a routine health check-up and medical treatment.
The lawmaker for Dhaka-8 is scheduled to leave Dhaka for Malaysia on a Biman flight at 11:45am today (16 September), Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP Media Cell, confirmed.
The BNP has asked everyone to pray for Mirza Abbas's good health and speedy recovery.

Mirza Abbas returned home on 2 September after nearly five months of medical treatment in Singapore and Malaysia.
Earlier, on 11 March, he suddenly lost consciousness while drinking water during Iftar. As his condition did not improve, he was admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital later that night.
As his condition deteriorated, he was taken to Singapore by air ambulance on 15 March for treatment. After receiving treatment there, he was later moved to Malaysia for further treatment.
Mirza Abbas was elected a member of parliament from Dhaka-8 in the 13th parliamentary election held on 12 February this year.
