Man held for abusing CU student on bus
The victim was going to the university on the bus this morning when the incident happened
A man was held for sexually harassing a female student of Chittagong University on Sunday.
The victim, a student of Management Department, was going to the university on the bus this morning when the incident happened.
The arrestee is Md Manik Mia, 32, of Hathazari Mondakini area.

Proctor of the university SM Monirul Hasan said the victim was coming to the university on bus no.3 from Muradpur when Manik, sitting behind her, harassed her. Other passengers of the bus brought him to the university police box after the girl complained of harassment.
Legal action against him could not immediately be taken as the student had academic activities then, said the proctor.
The man was sent to police station, said Abul Kashem, inspector at the university police outpost.
