Man fugitive in 19 cases arrested in Chattogram TBS Report The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-7) has arrested Md Amir Hossain Jibon, 29, a fugitive wanted in 19 criminal cases, from Fakirhat area in Sitakunda upazila in Chattogram yesterday (18 December) evening.
RAB-7's assistant director (media), A R M Mozzafar Hossain, said this in a press release sent to the media today (19 December) morning.
The arrested, Md Amir Hossain, is the son of Md Abul Hossain from Eidgah Boro Pukur Par in the Halishahar area of Chattogram.

He had been on the run for eight years to evade arrest. According to the press release, Md Amir Hossain Jibon was apprehended yesterday (18December) at 5:45pm. And was handed over to Halishahar police station for further legal action.
There are 19 cases against him across various police stations in Chattogram district and city which include illegal arms possession, drug-related offenses, attempted murder, and robbery.
