The corner has been established as part of the month-long programme to observe Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s 44th death anniversary

Md Iqbal Hossain, controller general of Defence Finance, inaugurates the Liberation War Corner at the Finance Controller (Log Area) Office in Dhaka cantonment on Sunday. 

A Liberation War Corner was inaugurated at the Finance Controller (Log Area) Office in Dhaka cantonment with the aim to further spread the spirit and history of sacrifice of the Liberation War.

Md Iqbal Hossain, Controller General of Defence Finance, inaugurated the corner on Sunday as part of the month-long programme to observe Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s 44th death anniversary.

The chronicles of Bangladesh’s Liberation War is available inside the corner for the visitors to have a look on.

Office of the Controller General, Defence Finance, organized the inaugural event as well as a discussion programme, presided over by Md Mahbubul Alam, Finance Controller (Army).

Monoara Habib, senior finance controller (Army), attended the event as a special guest.
