Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives (LGRD) Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan and Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Sheikh Md Sajjat Ali will hold a press briefing at midnight regarding the inspection of the ongoing special activities to strengthen public safety in the Dhaka metropolitan area.

Md Khuda Baksh Chowdhury, chief adviser's special assistant on home ministry, will also be present at the briefing which will be held in the capital's Bijoy Sarani, reads a DMP press release today (25 February).

Earlier, the press briefing was scheduled for 10:30pm. But due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be held at 12:00am, the release added.
