Iran-Israel conflict: Bangladeshis in Qatar advised to remain indoors, follow safety measures

The Bangladesh Embassy in Doha has urged all expatriate Bangladeshi citizens in Qatar to exercise special caution in light of the situation arising from the ongoing Iran-Israel conflict.
In an emergency notice issued today (28 February), the embassy requested all to stay away from military installations and remain in their respective residences or safe places, for security reasons.
It also urged everyone not to go out unless absolutely necessary, until the danger subsides.
Considering the situation, the notice further instructed everyone to keep essentials, including cash, Qatar ID, health card, necessary medicines, mobile chargers and dry food items with them.
According to the notice, everyone is requested to respect the law and acts of Qatar and the instructions of the Qatar government.
The notice further said uploading pictures or videos related to this matter on social media is contrary to the existing laws of Qatar. Therefore, it urged everyone to be careful in using social media as well.
