Inqilab Mancha blocks Shahbagh after police clash, traffic grinds to halt

Leaders and activists of Inqilab Mancha have blocked Shahbagh intersection in Dhaka following a clash with police, bringing traffic to a standstill.
Around 5:15pm today (6 February), they marched from the Raju Memorial Sculpture on the Dhaka University campus and took position at Shahbagh, causing severe traffic congestion.

Several people, including the organisation's Member Secretary Abdullah Al Jaber, were injured in the incident. They were taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for treatment.
