Passenger movement through the immigration check post will continue as usual

The activities will remain closed from tomorrow (28 September) to 2 October. As 3 October is a holiday, operations will resume on 4 October, confirmed Satyaji Dewan, revenue officer of Bhomra Customs.
Import and export activities are running normally today (27 September).
Among the closure days, 1 and 2 October are government holidays, while traders of Bangladesh and India have decided to keep the remaining days closed for Puja.
However, passenger movement through the immigration check post will continue as usual.
The immigration department of Bhomra land port said passport holders can travel between Bangladesh and India from 7am to 6pm despite the suspension of import and export.
