ICT investigators trying to recover deleted info of July uprising: Tajul

The investigators of the International Crime Tribunal (ICT) have been trying to recover the deleted information and evidences of the July uprising by using most sophisticated technology, Chief Prosecutor of ICT Mohammad Tajul Islam said today (13 April).
"The perpetrators of the deposed Awami League government have been trying to destroy or erase the information and evidences of July uprising," he said in a view exchange meeting with reporters covering ICT at his office.
They are trying to burn or destroy it secretly from police stations and hospitals, he said adding that they are also trying to suppress the information and evidences of crime-prone establishments by changing its structure, destroying walls or disfiguring it.
The investigators are trying for recovering it, he added.
Tajul Islam said that there were attempts to destroy or delete the digital evidences including video and audio clips and internet data of the uprising after the fall of last "fascist" government.
