Highest measures taken over Gazipur journo killing: Attorney general
No one involved in the murder will be spared, he says

The government has taken the highest possible measures against those involved in the killing of journalist Asaduzzaman Tuhin in Gazipur, Attorney General Md Asaduzzaman said today (9 August).
"No one involved in the murder of journalist Asaduzzaman Tuhin will be spared," he told reporters in response to a question after inaugurating a tree plantation programme in Shailkupa Upazila this afternoon.
The programme was organised by a local voluntary organisation.
Asaduzzaman emphasised that the government is doing everything to ensure justice for this inhumane act.
"The suspects were identified and arrested in a very short time. From investigation to legal procedures, everything is being carried out swiftly and with utmost seriousness," he said.
Reiterating the government's commitment, he added, "There is no negligence or hesitation in this case. We are working towards a stronger law and order situation in the country. If anyone has further information or complaints related to the murder of Asaduzzaman Tuhin, they are encouraged to come forward."
Earlier in the day, the attorney general attended a citizens' rally and held discussions with members of the Hindu community in Baruipara village of Shailkupa.
