The High court on Sunday imposed a three-month status quo on the order issued to Ain o Salish Kendra for vacating its Lalmatia office in Dhaka.
The High Court bench of Justice Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman passed the order following a writ petition filed by the legal aid organisation challenging the legality of the Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk) mobile court order.
The court also issued a rule asking why the Tk2 lakh fine imposed by Rajuk should not be declared illegal.
