National Citizen Party (NCP) Senior Joint Chief Coordinator Abdul Hannan Masud has claimed that he was attacked allegedly by BNP activists in Noakhali today (24 March).

"An ambush was carried out by BNP terrorists in Hatiya's Jahajmara area in Noakhali, with the intention of killing Abdul Hannan Masud," reads a post on Hannan's verified Facebook page.

"Over 50 leaders and activists, including Hannan Masud, were seriously injured," the post added.
