Fire at Korail Slum under control
At least eight firefighting units were working to control the fire

A fire that broke out today (22 February) in the capital's Korail slum near the TNT Temple gate area, has been brought under control.
The fire service were informed of the fire at 12:44am and the first firefighting unit reached the spot at 12:52am, Fire Service and Civil Defence media cell officer Talha Bin Jasim told The Business Standard.
The fire was brought under control at 1:35am, he said.
At least eight firefighting units were working to control the fire, according to the Fire Service and Civil Defence. Two more units were on the way to the spot.
No casualties have been reported so far.
The cause of the fire is yet to be known.
