Entry restricted for journalists into Milestone campus

Authorities of the Milestone School and College have shut the main gate off since this morning (23 July), restricting entry for journalists and onlookers.
A security personnel in front of the gate told The Business Standard that they have been asked to allow entry only for law enforcement personnel and parents.
Md Rafique, the community policeman from the nearby Turag Police Station, also said they have been asked not to allow journalists inside and ask them to wait outside.
Like previous days, a crowd of curious onlookers gathered outside the gate this morning.
Among them were students, guardians, and local residents – many of whom were seen taking photos and videos of the crash site peeking through the entry gate.
Meanwhile, staff and employees of the institution were seen entering the premises without obstruction.
When asked, Russell Talukder, director of Milestone Group, told the media, "We're not aware of this [restriction of entry] yet."
