RU to hold Rucsu election in June
A roadmap for the elections has been formulated
Rajshahi University Central Students' Union (RUCSU) elections will take place in June, the university announced today (27 February).
A roadmap for the elections has been formulated, reads a press statement issued by Rajshahi University Public Relations Office Administrator Professor Md Akhtar Hossain Majumder.
According to the prepared roadmap, the elections will be held in the third to fourth week of June.

The statement also said the last day for teachers and students to provide suggestions and opinions on the draft amendments to the RUCSU rules online is 28 March.
It also set 13 April as the last date for the finalisation and publication of the RUCSU rules and the election code of conduct.
The deadline for the draft voter list publication is 28 April. Any objections to the voter list must be submitted within 30 April.
The final voter list will be published on 13 May and the nomination papers distribution will take place within 15 May. Nomination papers must be submitted within 19 May and will be scrutinised and selected on 20 May
The preliminary list of candidates will be published on 22 May. The last day for the withdrawal of nomination papers is 25 May, and the final list of candidates will be published on 27 May.
