Applications can only be submitted using Teletalk mobile numbers.

This information was confirmed in a notice published today (10 July) by the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Education.

How to Apply for Re-Evaluation

To apply for a result re-evaluation, students must use a Teletalk pre-paid SIM and follow these steps:

Go to the message option on the mobile phone and type:

RSC <space> First three letters of the education board name <space> Roll Number <space> Subject Code and send the SMS to 16222.

For example, if a student from the Dhaka Board with roll number 123456 wants to apply for a re-evaluation in Mathematics, they should type:

RSC Dha 123456 109 and send it to 16222.

A reply SMS will confirm the amount to be deducted and will provide a PIN number. If the applicant agrees, they must then type:

RSC <space> Yes <space> PIN <space> Contact Number (any operator) and send it again to 16222.

Applicants can request re-evaluation for multiple subjects in one SMS by separating the subject codes with commas.

For example, to apply for Bangla and English re-evaluation, the message should be:

RSC Dha Roll Number 101,102,107,108 and send it to 16222.
