The government has postponed tomorrow's (31 December) examination of the ongoing Junior Scholarship Examination 2025.
In a press release issued today (30 December), the Dhaka Education Board said the government has declared a general holiday tomorrow, following the death of former prime minister Khaleda Zia today.
In this context, the examination scheduled for 31 December under the current timetable of the Junior Scholarship Examination has been postponed, it said, adding that the postponed examination will be held on Monday (5 January).

Sources said the Ministry of Education has also instructed other education boards to suspend the examination on the same day.
