Former Swechasebak League leader arrested in Dhaka
A former Swechasebak League leader was arrested from the Turag area of the capital in a case filed with Hatirjheel police station.
The arrestee was identified as Md Rony, former vice-president of the Turag unit Swechasebak League.
Tipped off, a joint team of police from Hatirjheel and Turag Police Stations conducted a drive in the area and arrested Rony on Wednesday night, said Jahangir Kabir, assistant commissioner (media) of DMP.
