Two Neo-JMB members put on 5-day remand

A Dhaka court on Monday placed two members of Neo-Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) on a five-day remand in a case filed for carrying out attacks on police in the capital.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Morshedul Al Mamun granted the remand when police produced Tofazzal Hossain and Mofazzal Hossain before the court seeking 10-day remand for each.
Police arrested the duo on Sunday night from Mohammadpur area in the city, said Sub-Inspector Motaleb Hossain.
