Law Ministry orders speedy disposal of July Uprising cases filed by victims' families
The ministry said family members of those killed and the injured in the July Mass Uprising have filed multiple cases in different districts nationwide.
The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has directed public prosecutors across the country to take necessary steps to ensure the speedy disposal of cases filed by the families of those killed and the injured during the July Mass Uprising.
In a directive issued today (4 August), the Law and Justice Division instructed all district public prosecutors and metropolitan public prosecutors to properly conduct and expedite the cases.
The ministry said family members of those killed and the injured in the July Mass Uprising have filed multiple cases in different districts across the country.

The directive instructs the prosecutors concerned to take the necessary measures to ensure the proper conduct and quick disposal of those cases.
According to the ministry, the directive was issued in light of a letter dated 21 June from the July Mass Uprising Branch of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs.
