ACC quizzes BNP leader Amir Khasru over wealth
A team of ACC started questioning at 10 am on Monday which lasted for about two and a half hours

The Anti-Corruption Commission has interrogated BNP Standing Committee Member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury over his accumulated wealth statements.
A team of ACC led by Deputy Director Selina Akhter started questioning at 10 am on Monday which lasted for about two and a half hours.
"You (journalists) understand why the call was made and for what purpose. I am living a normal life, there's no chance to question my integrity," Chowdhury made the remark as he left the premise.
Earlier, Khasru did not appear even though he was summoned twice.
According to ACC sources, apart from illegal acquisition of wealth and money laundering, he is also accused of running an anonymous five-star hotel business.
Earlier, Khasru went to court challenging the two summons notices of ACC, which was rejected by the court.
In October 2016, court banned Amir Khasru and his family from leaving the country.
