Coast Guard offers free healthcare to people in Bhola

The Bangladesh Coast Guard organised a free medical camp in Bhola, providing much-needed healthcare and medicines to 385 underprivileged people, including children, highlighting its support for vulnerable communities.
The campaign was held on Monday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. It took place at Moulvirhat Government Primary School in Elisha under Bhola Sadar Upazila. The Coast Guard Base Bhola arranged the event.
Coast Guard Media Officer Lieutenant Commander Siam-ul-Haq said the force has been a "symbol of trust" for disadvantaged people in coastal and riverine areas since its inception. He said it has regularly provided free healthcare to the poor and low-income groups through medical camps.
He added that the Coast Guard will continue such humanitarian and public welfare activities in the future.
