Former additional inspector general of police Shamsuddoha Khandaker has been arrested in a cheque fraud case.
Police arrested him today (7 September) at his own resort, Wonderela Green Park, located in Nawabganj, Dhaka.
Nawabganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mominul Islam confirmed the matter to TBS, adding that there are multiple cases against Shamsuddoha.
