Channel S journalist Tarikul Shibli dies while covering Ducsu election

A journalist, Tarikul Shibli, 40, died today (9 September) while covering the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (Ducsu) election.
Shibli, a reporter for Channel S television, fell ill inside Curzon Hall around 1:30pm and was rushed to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
Doctors declared him dead on arrival.

The cause of death has not yet been determined.
