CA's rep team visits Dhaka Medical College Hospital to check on injured Buet student
The team included the Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser for Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Faiz Ahmad Taiyeb, and the Secretary of the Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA) SM Moin Uddin Ahmed.

A high-level representative team from the Chief Adviser's Office visited the Dhaka Medical College Hospital this afternoon (29 August) to check on a severely injured Buet student, Shadid Nasif, who was hurt during the police action at Intercontinental Dhaka on 27 August.
The team included the Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser for Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Faiz Ahmad Taiyeb, and the Secretary of the Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA) SM Moin Uddin Ahmed.
According to hospital sources, Nasif, a 20th batch Chemical Engineering student at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet), sustained injuries when splinters from a sound grenade entered his abdomen and reached his stomach.
After surgery, five splinters were removed, and he is currently under 48-hour medical observation.
On 27 August, police fired tear gas and sound grenades, charged batons, and used water cannons to disperse students of engineering universities, including Buet, as they marched towards the chief adviser's official residence, Jamuna.
Several students were seriously injured during the clash.
