Biman flight returns to Dhaka an hour after take-off over faulty toilet flushes
The aircraft landed back at Dhaka airport at 1:31am.

A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight bound for Abu Dhabi was forced to return to Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) about an hour after take-off, around midnight (8 August), after all three toilet flush systems on board stopped working.
Flight BG 327 departed from Dhaka at 12:23am, but the pilot decided to turn back when the malfunction left passengers in an uncomfortable situation. The aircraft landed back at Dhaka airport at 1:31am.
Confirming the matter, Biman Bangladesh Airlines Deputy General Manager Al Masud said, "At 3:38am, passengers were flown to Abu Dhabi on another aircraft."
However, that replacement aircraft had originally been scheduled for the Dhaka-Bangkok (BG 388) flight at 11:30am today, causing the Bangkok service to be delayed.
Al Masud said that the technical issue with the faulty toilet flush systems had been repaired, passengers had reached Abu Dhabi, and the delayed Bangkok flight would operate in the afternoon.
Biman authorities later announced that the Bangkok flight departed at 5:30pm.
