Banks asked to share account details of Munni Saha

The Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) has asked banks to provide account details of television host and journalist Munni Saha.
The BFIU sent a letter in this regard today (6 October).
According to the letter, information on Munni Saha's deposits, loans, credit cards, foreign trade, money exchange, lockers and offshore banking were sought.

Munni Saha started her journalism career with Daily Ajker Kagoj in 1991. Afterwards, she worked with Daily Bhorer Kagoj as a staff reporter. She also worked as a special correspondent of Ekushey Television.
She joined ATN Bangla in 2003 and became the head of news of ATN News in 2010. She was the chief executive editor of ATN News from 2016 till her resignation in 2023.
