APBn member found dead in Chattogram house
The deceased has been identified as Naeem Biswas, 25, from Bakerganj upazila of Barishal.
A constable of the Armed Police Battalion (APBn-9) was found hanging in his rented apartment in Chattogram last night (9 December).
The deceased has been identified as Naeem Biswas, 25, from Bakerganj upazila of Barishal.
Confirming the matter, Superintendent of Police Deepakjyoti Khisa of APBn-9 said, "Police recovered the body from his home in the Chakresho Kanan residential area and sent him to Chattogram Medical College Hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival."

"Naeem's colleagues first found him hanging from a ceiling fan with a scarf. Neighbours told us a quarrel broke out between him and his wife, also a police constable, over a family matter. After that, Naeem used a scarf to hang himself."
He added that the final cause of death will be confirmed after the autopsy report.
