Allama Shafi hospitalised in Dhaka
The 103-year-old Allama Shafi is suffering from various diseases due to his old age, including diabetes and high blood pressure
Amir of Hefazat-e-Islam, Allama Ahmed Shafi, has been hospitalised in Dhaka on Tuesday noon.
He will receive better treatment in Dhaka's Asgar Ali Medical Hospital, said his personal assistant Maulana Mohammad Shafi.
Maulana Mohammad Shafi said, "His condition is better than before. But he needs some physical check-up. So he is being transferred in an air-ambulance. He will be admitted into Asgar Ali Medical Hospital."
