Accused in RAB custody 'dies by suicide' in Sylhet
The body was sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical Hospital morgue for autopsy.

The body of an accused in a murder case was recovered from the custody of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in Sylhet, with officials saying he "committed suicide by hanging himself with a blanket".
The deceased was identified as Tanvir Chowdhury from Gazipur, an accused in a murder case filed in Naogaon.
He was arrested by RAB-9 from Jaintapur in Sylhet on Saturday (13 September), and his body was recovered the following morning, KM Shahidul Islam Sohag, additional superintendent of police in charge of RAB-9's media branch, confirmed today (15 September).
"Our CCTV footage shows that he committed suicide by wrapping the blanket around his neck," he said.
He added that the body was taken down in the presence of the accused's relatives, police, doctors, and local representatives, before being sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Later, the body was handed over to his relatives.
