Seven crude bombs were recovered from the Dhaka University campus this (16 June).
The explosives were found in front of the university's Annexe Building, confirmed DU Proctor Saifuddin.
"The bomb disposal unit has already taken away the crude bombs. We've informed Shahbagh police station about the incident," the proctor told The Business Standard.
"We are reviewing CCTV footage from the area. One individual was seen in the footage, but their face is not clearly visible," he added.
Police and university authorities are continuing investigations to identify the individual and determine the motive behind the incident.
